My Go to Green Smoothie Recipe

When it comes to breakfast, I tend to go through phases. Sometimes, if I’ve just finished working out or know that I won’t be able to eat lunch for a while, I cook up some eggs and kale with avocado toast. Other times, if I know I have a morning yoga class before work and not much time between my shower and heading out the door, I’ll grab a pre-prepped mason jar of overnight chia oats When I’m craving something a little lighter but also know I want to pack in the nutrients, I always gravitate towards my favorite green smoothie. This smoothie is perfect for breakfast, or even a midday snack and is great if you are trying to add extra greens into your diet. The natural sweetness from the banana and frozen pineapple, mask the flavor of the greens without the addition of added sugars.
