Every client has different goals, which is why I take the time to personalize each program based on the needs that each client has. We’ll start by taking a deep dive into your WHY through visualization and goal setting exercises and then work one on one each week to form attainable habits that you’ll be able to sustain over time in order to achieve the healthy, balanced lifestyle you desire and deserve.

  • A great option if you are simply looking for a boost to kickstart healthy habits and routines
  • A way to test the waters to see if working with a health coach is the missing link in your wellness journey
  • Also great for previous 3 month program clients looking to check in or get back on track
